The Copper Core collection heats up and responds to temperature changes the quickest due to its copper core layer.
The D5 collection has a thin steel core that slows down heat transfer, making this cookware the most forgiving. So, if you accidentally turn the heat too high, you won’t immediately burn your food.
The D3 collection is right in the middle. It transfers heat faster than D5 but slower than Copper Core.
